Nutritional values vary by nut. Example (Peanut Powder, per 100 g):

  • Protein: ~51 g

Typical serving (2 tbsp powder ≈ 12 g): ~6 g protein, ~1.7–2.0 g fat.
Prepared as a spread with water, it delivers big peanut flavor with dramatically less fat than classic peanut butter.

1) 30-Second Nut Butter
2 tbsp Botenz powder + 1–2 tbsp water + pinch of salt. Stir until creamy. Sweet option: a touch of honey or monk fruit.

2) Power Smoothie
1 frozen banana, 1 cup milk/alt-milk, 2 tbsp Botenz (any flavor). Blend.

3) Yogurt Crunch Bowl
¾ cup yogurt, 1–2 tbsp Botenz, berries, granola. Swirl and top.

4) Protein Oats
Stir 1–2 tbsp Botenz into hot oats; finish with cinnamon and fruit.

5) Savory Sesame Dip (for the Sesame/Halva powder)
2 tbsp powder + 1½ tbsp water + lemon, garlic, salt. Whisk; thin to taste.
